WE OFFER THREE PACKAGE SERVICES

BASIC package

• tour and inspection of the real estate, inside and out, twice a month, and a special tour in the event of bad weather,
• control the installation of electricity and water, and all external windows and doors,
• air the property, and water flowers and other plants,
• retain the keys of the property in our safe,
• submit monthly reports to the owner of the real estate via email, and send photos.

The price of this package is €5 per hour per square metre of the land and house/apartment annually.
Basic package = 5 € / m2 of real estate annually.
VAT not included

STANDARD package

• • Basic package +
• • receiving mail, and accounts, and their settlement, in agreement with the owner,
• • perform minor repairs that the master can do in an hour of work,
• • general cleaning of the property, building and windows before the arrival of the owner/guests

The price of this package is €7.5 per hour per square metre of land, and house/apartment annually.
Standard Package = 7.5 € / m2 of real estate annually.

EXCLUSIVE  package

• Standard package +
• arranging and maintaining gardens, flowers, fruit trees and plants that are in them.

The price of this package is €10 per hour per square metre of land and house/apartment annually.
Exclusive package = 10 € / m2 of real estate annually.
