Price list

1.1 Amount of the Intermediation fee Percentages stated below are paid as intermediation fees (commission).

Buying

• The intermediation fee (commission) is to the amount of 2.5% (including 25% VAT) of the agreed sale price.

  Sale

• The intermediation fee (commission) for the client with whom we have a Standard intermediation agreement is to the amount of 3.5% (including 25% VAT) of the agreed sale price.
• The intermediation fee (commission) for the client with whom we have an Exclusive intermediation agreement is to the amount of 2.5% (including 25% VAT) of the agreed sale price.

 Lease

• For lease agreements lasting up to 5 years the intermediation fee is paid as a single installment, and to the amount of 100% of one months rent .
• For lease agreements of longer than 5 years the intermediation fee is paid as a single installment, and to the amount of 150% of one months rent.
  
  
   

 *The intermediation fee covers the following costs: drawing up of the pre-contract/contract, signature notarization with the public notary (without solemnization), and the costs of registering.
